Service Terms and Conditions


1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with Anchor Point Cleaning Co., you agree to the following:

Scope of Work: Services include residential and commercial cleaning, laundry pickup and delivery (wash, dry, fold only), window cleaning (interior only), move-in/move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning.

Service Customization: Specific services, dates, and times are scheduled based on client needs and Anchor Point’s availability. Special requests must be made in advance.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Prepaid package plans must be paid before the first scheduled cleaning. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to address and correct the issue.


2. Terms & Conditions

Access to Property: Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Safety: AnchorPoint Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions, including hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or unsafe environments.

Personal Items: Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before service. Service Limitations: We do not provide in-home laundry services, dry cleaning, ironing, or exterior window washing.

Senior Discount Terms: Senior discounts apply to standard cleanings only and exclude move-in/move-out, deep cleaning add-ons, and laundry services.

Youth Staff Disclosure: Some services are performed by trained youth under adult supervision as part of our Renewed Life Ministries leadership development initiative.


3. Privacy Policy

Information Collection: We collect necessary personal information to schedule and deliver services.

Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Your data is used only for scheduling, communication, and service confirmation.

Security Measures: Reasonable steps are taken to protect customer information.

Consent: By submitting your information and scheduling service, you consent to these policies.


4. Damage Policy

Care and Responsibility: Anchor Point Cleaning Co. takes every reasonable precaution when handling your property.

Accidental Damage: Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service. Verified damages will be assessed for repair, replacement, or reasonable reimbursement based on fair market value.

Pre-Existing Damage and Fragile Items: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or extremely fragile/sentimental objects unless disclosed before service.

High-Risk Areas and Items: Clients should notify us of any delicate, high-value, or sensitive items in advance.


Laundry-Specific Terms:

Laundry Disclaimer: Anchor Point Cleaning Co. is not responsible for laundry items that bleed, shrink, fade, or become damaged due to standard washing and drying procedures. Clients are responsible for ensuring all clothing dropped off is safe for standard machine wash and dry cycles.

Special Handling: Any special care instructions must be provided in writing before pickup. Without such instructions, laundry will be processed using standard procedures.

Missing or Damaged Items: Claims for missing or damaged laundry must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Verified claims will be addressed with reasonable reimbursement based on fair market value.
